▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-copper grid composite transparent conductive device comprises (i) preparing electrostatic film graphene and the embedded copper grid transparent electrode by using the silicon-based grid template through hot roller rolling, (ii) baking the combined electrostatic film graphene and embedded copper grid transparent electrode in an oven, and removing the electrostatic film, and (iii) covering the graphene film with a polyethylene terephthalate film to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-copper grid composite transparent conductive device used for display, LED and thin film battery. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not use noble metals as electrodes and does not damage the gold grid template during the preparation process, which can be reused; reduces costs; utilizes mechanically flexible device; has excellent environmental stability; and is fully transparent and not easy to happen copper electrode and graphene peeling phenomenon when bending and different from other metal electrode.
