NOVELTY - Preparing wear-resistant dispersant comprises: (i) adding 20-30 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate and 100-150 pts. wt. water into stirring reaction kettle, and stirring at high speed to form suspension; (ii) heating suspension to 60-70degrees Celsius, adding 10-20 pts. wt. alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, stirring at medium speed, adding 5-10 pts. wt. polyaniline nano-fiber and 8-16 pts. wt. modified graphene, stirring at medium speed, cooling to 30-40degrees Celsius, adding 5-7 pts. wt. glycerol into stirring reaction kettle, cooling and discharging, filtering and drying, and crushing. The polyaniline nano-fiber is prepared by adding aniline and o-mercaptoaniline according to ratio of 1.25:1 into reaction container, adding 1 mol/L acidic aqueous solution to dilute total concentration of aniline and o-mercaptoaniline to 0.16 mol/L, heating to 0-35degrees Celsius, adding oxidant aqueous solution for 1 time, reacting for 8-20 hours, centrifuging and washing. USE - The method is useful for preparing wear-resistant dispersant (claimed), which is useful for paint coating. ADVANTAGE - The dispersant improves wear resistance and color rendering of paint coating, and has good performance. The preparation method does not need high temperature and high pressure synthesis environment, and is relatively simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing wear-resistant dispersant comprises: (i) adding 20-30 pts. wt. silicon carbide powder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. sodium polyacrylate and 100-150 pts. wt. water into stirring reaction kettle, and stirring at high speed to form suspension; (ii) heating suspension to 60-70degrees Celsius, adding 10-20 pts. wt. alkyl polyoxyethylene ether, uniformly stirring at medium speed, adding 5-10 pts. wt. polyaniline nano-fiber and 8-16 pts. wt. modified graphene, uniformly stirring at medium speed, cooling to 30-40degrees Celsius, adding 5-7 pts. wt. glycerol into stirring reaction kettle, cooling and discharging, filtering and drying, and crushing. The polyaniline nano-fiber is prepared by adding aniline and o-mercaptoaniline according to ratio of 1.25:1 into reaction container, adding 1 mol/L acidic aqueous solution to dilute total concentration of aniline and o-mercaptoaniline to 0.16 mol/L, heating to 0-35degrees Celsius, adding oxidant aqueous solution for 1 time, reacting for 8-20 hours, centrifuging and washing. The modified graphene is obtained by grafting graphene on polymer chain containing silicon and sulfonic acid group.
