▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Solar supercapacitor electrode material comprises nano-spherical cobalt tetrasulfide-nickel hybrid compound obtained by generating nickel-cobalt bimetallic sulfide nanospheres with a particle size of 35 nm on a graphene substrate and further prepared by citric acid-assisted liquid-phase coprecipitation method and subsequent calcination treatment. USE - Used as solar supercapacitor electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The solar super capacitor electrode material has high charging and discharging efficiency, and long cycle life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of electrode material of solar super capacitor.
