▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified rubber composite material comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene in organic solvent, adding polyethylene glycol monoether to solvent, fully mixing to obtain graphene-polyethylene glycol monoether solution, (ii) using graphene-polyethylene glycol monoether solution obtained in step (i) as hydrophilic modifier polyethylene glycol monoether modified polyisocyanate, and (iii) adding the rubber mixing raw material comprising polyethylene glycol monoether modified polyisocyanate obtained by (ii) to the mixing device, mixing, and kneading to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-modified rubber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses polyisocyanate as vulcanizing agent in rubber vulcanization reaction to participate in vulcanization reaction; and graphene can be uniformly dispersed in rubber material.
