NOVELTY - Flexible electrode comprises a flexible current collector. The flexible current collector has surface. The surface is combined with an electrode material layer. The material of the electrode material layer contains electrode active material but not containing agglomerant. The electrode active material of the electrode material layer comprises manganese phosphate iron lithium iron phosphate, lithium iron pyrophosphate, iron sodium phosphate, manganese phosphate lithium phosphoric acid sodium iron pyrophosphate and sodium vanadium phosphate. The conductive carbon film comprises carbon cloth, flexible graphite paper, carbon felt, oxidized graphene and carbon nano-tube film. The three-dimensional foam metal comprises foam nickel, foam copper or foam zinc. The acid liquid comprises hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid. The organic solvent comprises acetone, N-methyl pyrrolidone, anhydrous ethanol or methanol. USE - The flexible electrode is used in an electrochemical energy storage device i.e. lithium-ion battery of an electric automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible electrode has good deformation capability, high energy density and good cycle performance. The electrode material layer and the flexible current collector has good combination stability and good circulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of flexible electrode.
