NOVELTY - Coronavirus vaccine comprising graphene oxide, carnosine, 5'-C-phosphate-G-3' (CpG) and coronavirus receptor binding regions, is new. The carnosine, CpG and coronavirus receptor binding regions are combined on the graphene oxide backbone. The coding sequence of CpG comprising fully defined sequence of 25 nucleotides (SEQ ID NO: 1). The coronavirus receptor binding region refers to the coronavirus S protein receptor binding region. USE - The coronavirus vaccine is useful for preparing medicine for preventing coronavirus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coronavirus vaccine: generates high-titer specific antibodies against receptor binding domain in mice; and provides strong support for the prevention and treatment of the coronavirus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coronavirus vaccine comprising graphene oxide, carnosine, 5'-C-phosphate-G-3' (CpG) and coronavirus receptor binding regions, is new. The carnosine, CpG and coronavirus receptor binding regions are combined on the graphene oxide backbone. The coding sequence of CpG comprising fully defined nucleotide sequence of 5'-tcgtcgtcgttcgaacgacgttga-3' (SEQ ID NO: 1). The coronavirus receptor binding region refers to the coronavirus S protein receptor binding region. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coronavirus vaccine, comprising obtaining CpG, receptor binding region recombinant protein and carnosine, where the coding sequence of CpG is shown in (SEQ ID NO: 1), adding the graphene oxide freeze-dried powder to the phosphate buffer solution and ultrasonic treatment, adding electronic data capture (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) to activate the graphene oxide solution, removing excess EDC/sulfo-NHS in the reaction solution by ultrafiltration, adjusting the pH of the reaction solution to neutral, adding carnosine, CpG and receptor binding region recombinant protein to the reaction solution, incubating with activated graphene oxide, removing excess uncoupled protein from the reaction solution, and sterilizing.
