NOVELTY - The preparation method of thermally conductive polyurethane material involves adding graphene oxide to polytetrahydrofuran, uniformly mixing, adding isophorone diisocyanate and stannous octoate to the mixture and then heating to obtain prepolymer, dissolving 2-bromo-5-nitro-trifluoromethylbenzene in N-methylpyrrolidone, adding potassium carbonate and 1,4-butanediol to the mixture and then heating, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to the mixture and then purifying to obtain a chain extender, adding chain extender to the prepolymer, and uniformly mixing. USE - The method is useful for preparation of thermally conductive polyurethane material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of thermally conductive polyurethane material with excellent mechanical strength and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of thermally conductive polyurethane material involves adding graphene oxide to polytetrahydrofuran, uniformly mixing, heating the mixture and then ultrasonically dispersing, drying the mixture and then regulating temperature, adding isophorone diisocyanate and stannous octoate to the mixture and then stirring, heating the mixture and then maintaining the temperature, defoaming the mixture under vacuum and then heating to obtain prepolymer, dissolving 2-bromo-5-nitro-trifluoromethylbenzene in N-methylpyrrolidone, uniformly mixing, adding potassium carbonate and 1,4-butanediol to the mixture and then heating, stirring the mixture and then purifying to obtain an intermediate material, adding ethyl alcohol, deionized water and iron powder to the intermediate material and then uniformly mixing, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid to the mixture and then heating, purifying the mixture to obtain a chain extender, adding chain extender to the prepolymer, and uniformly mixing.
