▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The organic electroluminescent element comprises a graphene film (102), hole injection layer (103), organic electroluminescent layer (104) and cathode (105) are arranged on a transparent resin substrate (101). A polyethylene naphthalate is used as a transparent resin substrate. The graphene film is formed by plasma chemical vapor deposition method on a metal with a catalytic activity. The formed film is transferred to the transparent resin substrate. USE - Organic electroluminescent element for use in a light-emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The organic electroluminescent element includes a graphene film that has a honeycomb structure with a carbon material, and thus high flexibility and electroconductivity of the organic electroluminescent element is ensured. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross sectional view of an organic electroluminescent element.
