▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon carbide-graphene composite material comprises pressing a mixed powder of silicon carbide, aluminum oxide and magnesium into a block, carrying out two-step sintering in a carbon dioxide atmosphere and cooling. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicon carbide-graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has relative density of 99.1-99.5%, bending strength of 450-550 MPa and fracture toughness of 5-7 MPax m-1/2. The method is simple and economical and has short preparation period.
