NOVELTY - High damping graphene/polymer composite material includes 0.01-1 pt. wt. spherical graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin curing agent, 50-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin and 0-1 pts. wt. other fillers. USE - High damping graphene/polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The high damping graphene/polymer composite material has excellent performance, effectively improved damping performance by regulating interaction between the hollow spherical graphene and the molecular chain of the epoxy resin, and improved mechanical strength and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high damping graphene/polymer composite material, which involves: (A) weighing and adding spherical graphene to an epoxy resin curing agent with dispersing ultrasonically and magnetically; (B) adding uniformly dispersed spherical graphene/epoxy resin curing agent mixed system to the epoxy resin; and (C) adding other fillers with mechanical stirring and defoaming treatment to obtain graphene composite materials with excellent damping properties.
