NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene assembly is prepared by mixing graphene oxide solution with melamine solution, freezing mixed solution of graphene oxide and melamine, drying frozen solution in frozen state to prepare graphene assembly, and heating graphene assembly at predetermined temperature under argon atmosphere for predetermined time in which mass ratio of graphene oxide and melamine in mixed solution is 19:1-4:1. USE - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene assembly (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Uniform nitrogen-doped three-dimensional porous graphene assembly is synthesized. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a nitrogen-doped graphene assembly.
