NOVELTY - Graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/phosphorus ion-containing liquid composite airgel comprises graphene three-dimensional skeleton and black phosphorus quantum dot supported on the three-dimensional skeleton of the graphene and phosphorus-containing ionic liquid, where the black phosphorus quantum dots are encapsulating by phosphorus-containing ionic liquid, and the graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/phosphorus-containing liquid composite airgel has three-dimensional porous network structure. USE - The composite airgel is useful in energy field including aluminum ion batteries, solar batteries and lithium-ion batteries, water treatment, optoelectronics and photothermal fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite airgel: has high elasticity, high conductivity and excellent stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/phosphorus ion-containing liquid composite airgel comprising (i) mixing the solution containing black phosphorus quantum dot and phosphorus ion-containing liquid with aqueous solution of an oxidized graphene and reducing agent to obtain mixed solution, (ii) heating the mixed solution under anaerobic conditions in a water bath at 75-100 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/phosphorus-containing liquid composite wet gel, (iii) treating graphene/black phosphorus quantum dot/phosphorus-containing liquid composite wet gel with hydrophilic organic solvent and deionized water to removing excess reducing agent, and then freeze-drying to obtain final product.
