NOVELTY - Polyurethane composite coating for a triacetate cellulose (TAC) film comprises polyurethane and reduced graphene oxide, where the reduced graphene oxide accounts for 0.05-1 wt.% based on the mass of the polyurethane composite coating for the TAC film. USE - The polyurethane composite coating is used for triacetate cellulose film. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane composite coating adopts simple preparation method, has reduced process cost, needs simple physical mixing, adopts economical raw materials, improves the barrier performance of the TAC film, and has excellent heat resistance, high humidity and high temperature stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the polyurethane composite coating comprising uniformly mixing the graphene oxide aqueous solution and polyurethane, coating the mixture on the surface of the TAC film, drying, and carrying out an UV irradiation to obtain the product.
