NOVELTY - The method involves attaching diaphragm rings (1) i.e. copper rings, on a plate graphene film. The plate graphene film is covered on a side of each diaphragm ring. The graphene film is trimmed along an outer edge of the diaphragm rings to obtain diaphragms, where each diaphragm has a diaphragm edge formed by the diaphragm rings and a diaphragm film formed by the trimmed graphene film. The graphene film is die cut according to shape of the diaphragm rings. The graphene film is divided into graphene film units (3) partially connected with each other. USE - Method for manufacturing a diaphragm i.e. vibrated film, used to produce a vibration system of speakers for an electronic device. Can also be used for microphones. ADVANTAGE - The method enables the diaphragm with minimized manufacture by utilizing manufacturing processes of exposure and development and high sensitivity. The method enables forming the diaphragm by using a metal ring and the graphene film, so that sensitivity and strength of the diaphragm can be improved.
