NOVELTY - The method involves soaking a polyimide film in manganese chloride solution. The soaked polyimide film is bonded on a hard substrate. An adhesive substrate is dried. The dried polyimide film is separated from the adhesive substrate. An electrode pattern of a micro super capacitor is induced on the dried polyimide film by using a laser. A capacitor electrode is obtained. A material of the capacitor electrode is provided with manganese dioxide and graphene. A solid electrolyte is prepared based on the capacitor electrode to obtain the micro super capacitor. The hardsubstrate comprises silicon dioxide substrate, sapphire substrate or glass substrate. USE - Laser-induced manganese oxide and graphene micro-super capacitor manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving energy storage performance of the electrode material of the micro super capacitor, and realizing simple technique, high patterning efficiency, strong substrate selectivity and mass production in large scale integration.
