NOVELTY - The device has an insulating body (1) connected with a device main body (2). The insulating body receives heat. A power module is connected with the device main body and a control module. The power module is electrically connected with the device main body. A temperature sensor (5) is contacted with the device main body and electrically connected with the control module. The temperature sensor transmits temperature information to the control module. A temperature sensing surface of a temperature controller (6) is fixed on the device main body. USE - Soft graphene body heating device. ADVANTAGE - The device has strong toughness, high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity and strong practicability.
