NOVELTY - Transparent electrode comprises a P-type doped metal layer made of graphene. USE - The transparent electrode is useful for an electronic component of a display device such as organic LED, LED, LCD and plasma display panel. (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The transparent electrode has low surface resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for making a transparent electrode comprising forming a first graphene, preparing a second graphene, binding the first and second graphene, treating a surface of the first graphene with nitric acid, depositing transition metals on the surface with graphene chloride solution, and forming a film by coating the graphene on the treated surface.
