▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/polymer light composite high-elastic soft foaming material comprises 45-60 wt.% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 5-15 wt.% ethylene-octene copolymer, 5-15 wt.% polyolefin-based block copolymer, 5-15 wt.% ethylene propylene diene rubber, 5-15 wt.% filling agent, 0.1-3 wt.% graphite, 0.5-1.5 wt.% coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 wt.% lubricant, 0.8-1.5 wt.% metal oxide, 0.6-1 wt.% bridging agent and 1.5-3.5 wt.% foaming agent. USE - Used as graphene/polymer light composite high-elastic soft foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The material: has strong mechanical properties; and is light weight, wear-resistant, anti-deformation and tear-resistant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the material comprising (i) adding ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-octylene copolymer, polyolefin-based block copolymer, ethylene propylene diene rubber, filling agent, graphene, coupling agent, lubricant and metal oxide mixture into internal mixer for first stage banburying for 3-4 times, controlling the temperature at 105-108 degrees C for 9-10 minutes, then adding bridging agent and foaming agent, and then starting the internal mixer for the second stage banburying for 3-4 times, controlling the temperature at 115-120 degrees C for 9-10 minutes to obtain mixed material, (ii) mixing the smelted mixed material on the roller machine, firstly thickness is 1.4-1.6 cm, and then thinning the thickness is 2-3 mm, at last, thickened thickness is 1.4-1.6 cm, (iii) uniformly mixing mixed material into a granulator to granulate to obtain granular, and (iv) foaming the pellets, constant temperature shaping to obtain the finished product, or the pellets directly pouring into a mold foaming for one time, then performing secondary foaming and cooling to obtain the finished product.
