NOVELTY - Preparing composite high-dielectric material comprises e.g. adding vanadium pentoxide, lithium oxide and magnesium oxide in the ball mill with mass ratio of 1:2-5:3, adding polypropylene glycol dimethacrylate with a solid-to-liquid ratio 1-5:10, adding the mixed material A into the mold, hot-pressing and molding, adding the material B in aqueous solution, ultrasonic dispersing at 35-45 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, preparing 45-65 g/l suspension, and drying to obtain the first layer, and adding the graphene oxide powder in absolute ethyl alcohol, and ultrasonic dispersing uniformly. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite high-dielectric material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite high-dielectric material comprises (i) adding vanadium pentoxide, lithium oxide and magnesium oxide in the ball mill with mass ratio of 1:2-5:3, adding polypropylene glycol dimethacrylate with a solid-to-liquid ratio 1-5:10, mixing and grinding 20-40 minutes, ball material ratio is 1-4:1, obtaining the mixed material A, (ii) adding the mixed material A into the mold, hot-pressing and molding, where the temperature of the hot pressing is 200-240 degrees C, pressure is 18-22 MPa, pressure maintaining time is 15-25 minutes, (iii) adding the material B in aqueous solution, ultrasonic dispersing at 35-45 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, preparing 45-65 g/l suspension to obtain the uniform film 1.2-2.5 mu m thickness on the surface of the substrate by dipping, and drying to obtain the first layer, and (iv) adding the graphene oxide powder in absolute ethyl alcohol, ultrasonic dispersing uniformly, obtaining concentration of 2-5 g/l oxidized graphene suspension, uniform film thickness of 60-90 nm on the surface of the first layer by dipping, drying to obtain the second layer, and repeating step (iii)-(iv) for 5-10 times to obtain the composite high-dielectric material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for composite high-dielectric material.
