NOVELTY - Polyurethane elastic concrete comprises carbon nanomaterial-polyisocyanate prepolymer composite components and plasticizers, where the carbon nanomaterial-polyisocyanate prepolymer composite component is prepared by mixing raw materials including carbon nanomaterial, polyisocyanate and polyol. USE - Polyurethane elastic concrete used for concrete caulking in the field of road building material, preferably seamless telescopic seam. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane elastic concrete has good high and low temperature performance, excellent durability and noise resistance and good water resistance and durability, avoids the complex anchoring structure of the traditional telescopic seam, eliminates the jumping phenomenon and driving noise. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a polyurethane elastic concrete, which involves: a. adding plasticizer to the prepared carbon nanomaterial-polyisocyanate prepolymer composite component, mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture; b. adding a chain extender, a catalyst, a coupling agent and a defoamer to the carbon nanomaterial-polyoxypropylene glycol composite component, and mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture; c. mixing and stirring fine aggregate, mineral powder, fiber, cement, rubber particles and carbon black to obtain a mixture; d. mixing both mixtures and stirring for 1-5 minutes in a weight ratio of 100:35-75 to obtain a cementitious material; and e. adding 500-950 pts. wt. mixture to the cementitious material according to the weight ratio, mixing and stirring again to obtain product.
