▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a hollow micro-needle array fixed with a flexible electrode array. A negative pressure extracting device extracts tissue interstitial fluid to the flexible electrode array through the hollow micro-needle array. The flexible electrode array analyzes a physiological marker of the tissue interstitial fluid. The physiological marker is provided with glucose, cholesterol, sodium ion and uric acid. A flexible vertical graphene electrochemical biological sensing electrode array comprises multiple layers of graphene with vertical orientation. USE - Hollow micro-needle vertical graphene sensor for detecting blood sugar level, uric acid, cholesterol and other physiological markers for preventing and treating diabetes. ADVANTAGE - The hollow micro-needle vertical graphene sensor has higher accuracy, and can quantitatively analyze the glucose and other physiological markers in human tissue interstitial fluid, and provides an effective theoretical basis for diagnosis and continuous monitoring treatment of diabetes, reduces risk of skin damage and infection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a hollow micro-needle vertical graphene sensor. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a hollow micro-needle vertical graphene sensor. 1Flexible polydimethylsiloxane substrate 2Electrode interface 3Working electrode 4Reference electrode 5Electrode 6Insulating layer
