NOVELTY - The foil has a functional carbon layer coated on a surface of an aluminum foil unit. The functional carbon layer comprises graphene quantum dot and a conductive carbon black. Quantum graphene dispersed in the conductive carbon black. The functional carbon layer of mixed slurry is formed in weight percentage of the quantum graphene and weight percentage of the conductive carbon black. A graphene component of the quantum dot and volatile of the conductive carbon black are determined. Sheet diameter distribution width of the quantum graphene and another sheet diameter distribution width of the conductive carbon black is determined. USE - Carbon-coated aluminum foil for use in an electrode pole piece of a secondary battery for collecting micro-current of active material. ADVANTAGE - The foil can effectively reduce the resistance, and improve the electricity performance of the battery, and the peeling strength of the carbon coated aluminum foil. The foil improves conductivity of the functional carbon layer and multiplying power performance, and reduces the pole piece resistance and alternating current internal resistance.
