▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electronic device (D1) comprises: a substrate (710); and a conductive film on a first surface of the substrate, where the conductive film comprises graphene and nanoplate graphite and is free of any dispersant. USE - The electronic device is useful as thin-film transistors, organic LEDs, radio frequency identification tags, or photovoltaic devices. ADVANTAGE - The electronic device: exhibits excellent electronic, thermal, and mechanical properties; and forms conductive films on a substrate without utilizing additives comprising surfactant or a polymeric binder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device (D2) comprising the substrate, and a coating on a first surface of the substrate, where the coating comprises at least one layer of a chalcogenide or a pnictide, and the coating is free of any dispersant. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a cross-sectional view of a photovoltaic device. Substrate (710) Anode (720) Semiconducting layer (740) First sublayer (742) Second sublayer (744)
