NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene composite lithium-iron phosphate nanowire positive electrode material involves dissolving an iron salt in deionized water, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring for 5-8 minutes to obtain solution (II), adding phosphoric acid, ethylene glycol and lithium salt to solution (II), stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain solution (III), heating in reactor at 80-90 degrees C for 18-24 hours, immersing reaction product in deionized water for 1-2 hours, removing, freeze-drying for 48-72 hours, placing in furnace, heating to 600-750 degrees C for 4-10 hours, and cooling. USE - Preparation of graphene composite lithium-iron phosphate nanowire positive electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite lithium-iron phosphate nanowire positive electrode material having excellent dispersibility and electrochemical performance is produced industrially by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene composite lithium-iron phosphate nanowire positive electrode material involves adding graphene oxide to deionized water, stirring for 1-2 hours to produce graphene oxide aqueous solution having concentration of 2-4 kg/m3, dissolving an iron salt in deionized water, adding graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring for 5-8 minutes to obtain solution (II) such that weight ratio of the iron salt to graphene oxide is 1:0.05-0.2, adding phosphoric acid, ethylene glycol and lithium salt to solution (II) such that ratio of iron salt, phosphoric acid and lithium salt is 1:1:3 and addition amount of glycol is 1.5-6 vol.%, stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain solution (III), heating in reactor at 80-90 degrees C for 18-24 hours, immersing reaction product in deionized water for 1-2 hours, removing, freeze-drying for 48-72 hours, placing in tube-type atmospheric furnace, heating to 600-750 degrees C for 4-10 hours, and cooling.
