NOVELTY - A graphene based humidity sensor and side polishing single or multi single optical fiber comprises multimode fiber, input single mode fiber and output single mode fiber, where the input single mode fiber and the output single mode fiber are respectively welded with two ends of the multimode fiber into a single mode-multimode-single mode fiber structure, cladding and part of the core of one side of the multimode fiber are polished away to obtain a side throwing plane, and the side throwing plane is covered with a single layer of graphene film, light emitted by the light source through the input single mode fiber into the side multimode fiber portion, when the humidity of the external environment is changed based on the multi-mode interference effect and evanescent-field effect, and the side polishing of transmission light field in the multimode fiber correspondingly change. USE - Graphene based humidity sensor and side polishing single or multi single optical fiber. ADVANTAGE - The graphene based humidity sensor and side polishing single or multi single optical fiber has high humidity and sensitivity, and can be prepared in simple and cost effective manner.
