▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Steel structure corrosion resistant and flame retardant coating comprises 20-25 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-25 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 1-5 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. ammonium polyphosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 5-7 pts. wt. melamine, 3-5 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, and 2-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Used as steel structure corrosion resistant and flame retardant coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance, excellent flame proof performance, good oil resistance and plasticity; and can be used under working conditions with high temperature or constant temperature change without falling off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing steel structure corrosion resistant and flame retardant coating, comprising (1) adding ammonium polyphosphate to the first dispersion of epoxy resin and polyurethane resin in which the graphene is uniformly dispersed while stirring, in uniform manner, a homogeneous mixture of pentaerythritol and melamine, stirring until uniformly dispersed to prepare a second dispersion, and (2) sequentially adding epoxy curing agent, flame retardant, titanium dioxide, dioctyl phthalate and antifoaming agent to the second dispersion prepared in the step (1), and stirring uniformly to obtain steel structure corrosion-resistant and flame retardant coating. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the flow chart for preparing steel structure corrosion resistant and flame retardant coating.
