▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon material is coated with a coating layer containing polydopamine and copper oxide. The thickness of the coating layer is 30 nm. The carbon material exhibits antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria. USE - Activated carbon fiber used in antibacterial filter. ADVANTAGE - The carbon material has excellent antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing a carbon material coated with a coating layer comprising polydopamine and copper oxide, which involves: (A) preparing activated carbon; (B) preparing a copper precursor and sodium acetate mixed solution; (C) mixing a dopamine precursor with the copper precursor and sodium acetate mixed solution; (D) stirring for 10-15 hours; and (E) drying after washing.
