NOVELTY - Producing composite graphene material, comprises forming functional group on graphene surface by adding graphene and hydrogen peroxide into a reactor, adding metal-based catalyst, generating hydroxy group by stirring, forming functional group by combining hydroxy group with graphene, removing water from functional group containing graphene by centrifuging, drying moisture removed graphene, mixing resin with functional group containing graphene, and mixing cross-linking agent with resin mixed graphene. USE - The method is useful for producing composite graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance and antifouling properties (claimed) and adhesive strength; reduces maintenance cost of the flooring; can be easily used for long period of time without discoloration, exfoliation and bleaching phenomenon; and avoids separation and desorption phenomena. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing composite graphene material, comprises (a) forming functional group on the surface of graphene by adding graphene and hydrogen peroxide into a reactor in a weight ratio of 1:0.2-500, adding metal-based catalyst for 5-15 minutes, generating hydroxy group by stirring for 50-70 minutes, forming the functional group by combining hydroxy group with graphene, removing water from the functional group containing graphene by centrifuging, and drying the moisture removed graphene at 100-110 degrees C for 20-30 hours, (b) mixing resin with the functional group containing graphene, and (c) mixing cross-linking agent with the resin mixed graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for constructing composite graphene material, comprising (i) producing the composite graphene material by the above method, and (ii) drying the obtained composite graphene material, and applying the composite graphene material on a base surface with thickness of 50-5000 mu m.
