▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A tungsten nitride/graphene oxide composite material with nanometer flower-shaped structure comprises tungsten nitride and graphene oxide in a mass ratio of 85:15%-65:35%. USE - Tungsten nitride/graphene oxide composite material used in supercapacitor electrode material (claimed), lithium-ion battery, lithium-sulfur battery and other ions (sodium ion, potassium ion and aluminum ion) battery. ADVANTAGE - The tungsten nitride/graphene oxide composite material is prepared by simple operation, controllable composite phase component, mild preparation condition and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of tungsten nitride/graphene oxide composite material with nanometre flower-shaped structure, which involves (s1) adding graphene oxide powder into deionized water, ultrasonically treating for 4-12 hours to prepare 0.1-10 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (s2) dissolving tungsten salt in the mixed solution, and stirring to obtain 1-20 mg/mL tungsten salt solution, heating the solution to 40-90℃, adding potassium chloride powder into the solution of the tungsten salt in a mass ratio of 100:1-3000:1 for 2-10 times such that the interval between the two times of addition is 5-15 minutes, continuing stirring for 2-6 hours after adding the potassium chloride powder, and drying after stirring to obtain tungsten salt/potassium salt intermediate product, (s3) placing the intermediate product of the tungsten salt/potassium chloride in ammonia gas flow, heating to 500-800℃, reacting for 1-10 hours, and cooling to room temperature in an ammonia gas atmosphere to obtain a reaction product, washing with deionized water and ethanol, and drying at 40-90℃ to obtain tungsten nitride nanosheets, (s4) dispersing in deionized water to obtain tungsten nitride suspension with the concentration of 0.1-10 mg/mL, dripping gallium oxide dispersion liquid the gallium oxide dispersion liquid for 6-120 minutes into tungsten nitride dispersion liquid, continuously stirring for 1-24 hours after dripping, filtering the suspension to obtain black powder containing tungsten nitride and gallium oxide in a mass ratio of 85:15%-65:35%, placing the black powder in an inert or reducing atmosphere, heating to 400-700℃, preserving heat for 1-8 hours, and cooling to room temperature in the atmosphere. The mixed solution in step (s2) comprises deionized water and ethanol in a volume ratio of 4:1-1:2.
