NOVELTY - A house leakage repairing glue comprises 50-60 pts. wt. acrylate emulsion, 10-15 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-3 pts. wt. pigment filler, 5-6 pts. wt. dispersant, 4-6 pts. wt. surfactant, 2-3 pts. wt. acidified carbon fiber, 8-12 pts. wt. modified graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. sustained release agent, and 10-15 pts. wt. water. The modified graphene is prepared by mixing graphene oxide solution and ethanolamine, adding graphene oxide solution, mixing to obtain pretreated graphene oxide mixture, mixing the pretreated graphene oxide mixture and hydrazine hydrate, concentrating by rotary evaporation, and drying. The sustained release agent is prepared by mixing polylactic acid and dichloromethane in a mass ratio of 1:10-3:10, adding 0.5-0.8 times of tea polyphenol based on the mass of polylactic acid, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining internal phase mixture, mixing the internal phase mixture and gelatin solution in a mass ratio of 2:5-3:5, stirring and reacting, filtering, washing, and drying.
