NOVELTY - Flexible piezoresistive sensor comprises piezoresistive layer (10) and first electrode layer (20) and second electrode layer (30) respectively set on two opposite side surfaces of the piezoresistive layer, where piezoresistive layer comprises a flexible substrate (11) and a conductive material (12), the flexible substrate has a loose porous structure, the conductive material is present in the loose porous structure, the first electrode layer is electrically connected with the second electrode layer through the conductive material. USE - Flexible piezoresistive sensor for electronic products, such as communication device, smart home, flexible sensing and wearable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The flexible piezoresistive sensor has high sensitivity, wide response range and high stability. The loose porous structure improves the compressive stress variable of the flexible substrate to improve the response width of the sensor. The method for dissolving the sacrificial material particles to prepare porous flexible substrate is simple, which is good for reducing the production cost, and is expected to realize large-scale popularization and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing flexible piezoresistive sensor, which involves preparing flexible substrate slurry, mixing the sacrificial material particles with the flexible substrate slurry to obtain mixed slurry, curing the mixed slurry to obtain a flexible substrate, placing the flexible substrate in the dissolved solution, dissolving the sacrificial material particles in the flexible substrate in the dissolved solution, making the flexible substrate have loose porous structure, obtaining porous flexible substrate, placing the porous flexible substrate in the conductive material solution for soaking, passing conductive material into the loose porous structure to obtain the piezoresistive layer, and forming a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer on the two opposite side surfaces of the piezoresistive layer to obtain flexible piezoresistive sensor.
