NOVELTY - An environmentally-friendly broken ceramic chip casting molding sand comprises 60-70 pts. wt. raw sand, 8-10 pts. wt. broken porcelain, 5-8 pts. wt. binder, 4-8 pts. wt. magnetic powder, 4-6 pts. wt. glass fiber, 2-4 pts. wt. water and 1-2 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Environmentally-friendly broken ceramic chip casting molding sand for preparing antique bricks. ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly ceramic chip casting molding sand utilizes chromium dioxide magnetic powder or iron oxide magnetic powder as one of raw materials, has high permeability and fluidity, effectively uses crushed ceramic chip as raw material, thus solving recycling problems of crushed ceramic chip, has excellent mechanical strength, and avoids sand blasting phenomenon when stirred in magnetic field environment.
