▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flexible graphene composite thin film is prepared by mixing graphene solution and polymer solution containing special functional group of small or high molecule, ultrasonically processing, and repeatedly stirring to obtain uniform compound solution; using spin coating for preparing graphene on surface of base material/organic small molecular or high molecular composite thin film; and treating by hydrazine, hydrogen gas, sodium borohydride, vitamin C, ethylenediamine, or ammonia water, and carrying out high temperature annealing to obtain flexible graphene composite thin film. USE - Method for preparing flexible graphene composite thin film used in electrode (claimed) for solar energy battery, sensor, organic light emitting diode, touch screen and photo-electric field. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains composite film having good biocompatibility and uniform structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing flexible graphene composite thin film comprises: (A) mixing graphene solution and polymer solution containing special functional group of small or high molecule at a mass ratio of 1-100:1-100, ultrasonically processing, and repeatedly stirring to obtain uniform compound solution; (B) using spin coating, vapor deposition, spray coating, impregnation-pulling or self-assembling method for preparing graphene on surface of base material/organic small molecular or high molecular composite thin film; and (C) treating by hydrazine, hydrogen gas, sodium borohydride, vitamin C, ethylenediamine, or ammonia water, and carrying out high temperature annealing to obtain flexible graphene composite thin film.
