▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for increasing enzyme activity of lawn matrix involves (a) compositing domestic waste, crushing composted waste, and selecting e.g. soil of Tianjin Normal University as test soil and Festuca arundinacea as lawn plant, and (b) adding test soil and composted waste into plastic pots, adding nano-graphene sheet, graphene oxide sheet and carbon nanotubes, mixing matrix, sowing F.arundinacea seeds into test and control pots, maintaining pots in a room, watering plants, adding matrix into a bag, storing sample and determining enzyme activity of matrix. USE - The method is useful for increasing enzyme e.g. dehydrogenase activity of lawn matrix (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method increases dehydrogenase activity of lawn matrix by 30.9%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for increasing enzyme activity of lawn matrix involves (a) compositing domestic waste of Tianjin lake in waste treatment plant, dividing and crushing composted waste, and selecting soil of Tianjin Normal University as test soil, Festuca arundinacea as lawn plant, nano-graphene sheet having size of 0.5-20 mu m and specific surface area of 40-60 m2/g, graphene oxide sheet having thickness of 3.4-7 nm, diameter of 10-50 mu m, and specific surface area of 100-300 m2/g, and carbon nanotubes having diameter of 20-40 nm, length of 10-30 mu m and specific surface area of greater than or equal to 110 m2/g, and (b) adding 1500 g test soil and 50 g composted waste into plastic pots having height of 15 cm and diameter of 20 cm, adding 1 weight/weight% of nano-graphene sheet, graphene oxide sheet and carbon nanotubes with respect to total weight of soil as test pot, preparing control pot without carbon nanotubes, mixing matrix, sowing 5 g F.arundinacea seeds into test and control pots, maintaining pots in a room at 15-26 degrees C and humidity of 35-55% under natural light condition for 130 days, randomly changing position of pots for every 5 days, watering plants, cutting plant for first 65 days, collecting soil matrix as sample, sieving matrix using sieve of 1 mm, adding matrix into a bag, storing sample at 4 degrees C and determining enzyme activity of matrix.
