NOVELTY - The method involves radiating a graphene thin film for carrying out pre-processing. A bearing film is made without breaking. A graphene thin film is successfully adhered at a back face of a plastic package main surface. The quadratic plastic package is rotated for an injection molding after opening mold. The plastic sealing of product is removed after opening mold. An upper sealing mold is rotated. A mold wall is provided to make the graphene thin film for carrying a bearing film. USE - Method of mounting graphite radiating thin film in plastic package process. ADVANTAGE - The radiating requirement and technique requirement are satisfied. The production technology process is reduced. The production efficiency is increased. The man power and material resources are saved.
