▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thermally conductive composite material comprises thermally conductive substrate and thermal phase change layer stacked on the thermally conductive substrate, where the thermally conductive substrate is thermally conductive thin film material, the thickness of the thermally conductive thin film material is 10-50 mum, and the thermal phase change layer is composed of 6-13 pts. wt. adhesive, 6-13 pts. wt. thermal phase change material and 74-88 pts. wt. coating microcapsules. USE - Used as thermally conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive composite material utilizes thermal phase change material and coating microcapsules to provide sufficient enthalpy value, so that the composite material has dual functions of material heat storage and heat conduction, which solves the problems of overheating buffering and heat dissipation of electronic components. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the thermally conductive composite material, comprising mixing 5-10 pts. wt. adhesive and 5-10 pts. wt. thermal phase change material and 65-70 pts. wt. coating microcapsules in 8-20 pts. wt. organic solvent to obtain mixed sample, then coating the mixed sample on the surface of the thermally conductive substrate, and then baking to remove the organic solvent to obtain final product. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structural schematic diagram of the thermally conductive composite material.
