NOVELTY - Aqueous paint comprises 600-800 pts. wt. graphene modified polyphenylene sulfide slurry, 10-80 pts. wt. filler, 5-15 pts. wt. dispersant, 5-10 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-10 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 1-8 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent and 200-300 pts. wt. deionized water, where the dispersant comprises polymer polyurethanes, controlled free radical acrylates, and/or polymer copolymer ammonium salts, and the wetting agent comprises modified polyacrylate ammonium salt dispersant, polyether tertiary amine polymer, phosphoric acid ester, acetylene glycol, and/or polyoxyethylene ether surfactant. USE - The aqueous paint is useful for demanding high-temperature and high-pressure corrosion media. ADVANTAGE - The paint has solid content, high wear resistance and zero volatile organic compound emission, is more convenient to use, more in line with the concept of green and environmental protection and suitable to be sprayed directly on site, eliminates the need for pre-heating the workpiece, accurately controls the coating thickness by adjusting the viscosity, avoids the disadvantages of powder coatings that are easy to fall off, avoids the cumbersome processing steps of traditional powder coatings and the troubles of dust safety management. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the aqueous paint, involving (i) weighing the above-mentioned raw materials, (ii) putting graphene modified polyphenylene sulfide slurry, dispersant, wetting agent, antifoaming agent and deionized water into a batching kettle, stirring well and grinding to a fineness of less than or equal to 50 mu m, (iii) adding leveling agent, filler and anti-flash rust agent, and uniformly stirring and (iv) adding anti-settling agent, adjusting the viscosity to 4000-12000 mPa second, uniformly stirring, filtering and packing after passing test to obtain the finished product.
