NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite film comprises e.g. coating the nano-solution on the surface of the metal substrate, removing the solvent in the nanometer solution in an inert atmosphere to obtain composite metal substrate coating with thermally conductive base layer under the mixed atmosphere of hydrogen and inert gas, organic gas phase carbon as raw material source, then depositing graphene layer on the surface of the composite metal substrate to obtain graphene composite film formed on the surface of the metal substrate. USE - The graphene composite film is useful in diode component. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite film improves radiating performance of the electronic device.
