NOVELTY - Radiating coating comprises a water-proof polymer and 5-20 wt.% graphene. The graphene has a sheet diameter of 3-30 microm. USE - The radiating coating is useful for building. ADVANTAGE - The radiating coating can easily achieve the purpose of strengthening waterproof and radiating at the same time without adding additional structures. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for forming a waterproof radiating structure, comprising coating primer on the to-be-coated object of the building, forming a layer of primer layer and coating the radiating coating on the primer layer by using a spraying tool to form two or more layers of waterproof radiating layer.
