▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene reinforced synthetic leather superfine fiber involves using graphene and nylon 6 in weight ratio of 1: 10-20 and then through a twin screw extruder, extruder is cooled and granulate is prepared containing master batch of graphene-nylon 6. Through metering device, weight ratio of (graphene-containing master batch of nylon 6: nylon 6): sea component is (2-3: 48-47):50 followed by melt spinning. The island fibers reduction is performed to obtain graphene reinforced synthetic leather superfine fiber. USE - Method for preparing graphene reinforced synthetic leather superfine fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene reinforced synthetic leather superfine fiber having a high breaking strength, antistatic, antibacterial, anti-aging property, flexible and strong features for synthetic leather industry to improve quality and overall performance of microfiber synthetic leather and island fiber by conventional spinning equipment for production.
