NOVELTY - Electrochemical device comprises a cathode, where the cathode comprises a current collector layer, a lithium metal layer and a porous framework layer. The porous of the framework layer is embedded in the lithium metal layers, and the thickness of the porous layer is 0.2-50 microns. USE - Electrochemical device i.e. lithium ion battery, for use in an electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The porous framework layer part is embedded in the lithium metal layer, and the thickness of the porous layer is 0.2-50 microns, thus effectively improving the current collector layer and the porous framework layers between the electric contact so as to ensure the uniformity of the current transmission, effectively avoiding the generation of lithium dendrite, and improving the deposition density of lithium and avoiding the lithium-dendrite piercing the diaphragm to safety the accident, and hence improving the reliability of the safety device. The pores present in the porous skeleton layer provide space for lithium deposition, thus avoiding the volume change caused by the lithium ion migration between the anode and cathode in the electrochemical device circulation process, improving the density of the lithium deposition to improve the energy density and the cycle performance of the device.
