▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing paper comprises dissolving thermoplastic elastomer material in cyclohexane homologue liquid based on ratio of 0.5-2% of the mass fraction of thermoplastic elastomer material to obtain elastomer solution, soaking paper to be treated in elastomer solution at 35-55℃ for 1-5 minutes, collecting out and naturally drying, baking dried paper to be treated under condition of 50-90℃ for 5-20 minutes to obtain treated paper. USE - The method is useful for processing paper in preparing for flexible pressure sensor (claimed), and for real-time monitoring of physiological health parameters i.e. human pulse, heart rate, and limb movement. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides three-dimensional conductive network structure through specific proportion of conductive carbon black, carbon nanotubes, and graphene, which has sensitive piezoresistive response; and provides pressure-sensitive carbon layer by inkjet printing process, which can simplify fabrication process of flexible paper-based pressure sensor; and is economical.
