NOVELTY - Functionalized graphene oxide/bacterial cellulose composite fiber comprises Polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride (PDDA) modified graphene oxide and bacterial cellulose. USE - The fiber is used for preparing surgical suture line (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber has good water absorption, high strength, good antibacterial performance, good biological compatibility and degradability. The method is simple, low cost, green and environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of functionalized graphene oxide/bacterial cellulose composite fiber.
