NOVELTY - A high conductivity thin film phase change material comprises 30-75 pts. wt. easily soluble inorganic salt, 10-70 pts. wt. conductive agent and 2-15 pts. wt. adhesive. The soluble inorganic salt comprises sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, sodium carbonate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, potassium carbonate, lithium chloride, lithium sulfate, lithium carbonate, magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate. The conductive agent comprises expanded graphite, carbon nanotube, graphene and activated carbon. USE - The high conductivity thin film phase change material is used for thermal battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product improves service life of thermal battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high conductivity thin film phase change material comprising pouring soluble inorganic salt into beaker, adding deionized water to prepare supersaturated solution, adding adhesive, continuously stirring for 0.5-15 hours, adding conductive agent and adsorbent, continuously stirring for 1-7 hours to obtain phase change material slurry, placing film substrate on roller press, pressing and forming at pressure of 5-50 MPa, coating phase change material slurry on film substrate, vacuum drying by vacuum drying box, and completely evaporating water.
