ADVANTAGE - The material: utilizes the advantages of the high specific capacity, strong conductivity and good compatibility with electrolytes of cobalt fluoride to improve the cycle performance of the materials by doping the cobalt fluoride material between silicon monoxide; utilizes the cobalt fluoride material with large particle size and the silicon monoxide material with small particle size, which play a uniform match to exert the synergistic effect between the two; improves the tap density, cycle performance and rate performance of the materials; improves the transfer rate of lithium ions during the charging and discharging process by coating the surface of the material with the organic lithium salt; improves the rate capability and the material first-time efficiency; and prevents the inner core from directly contacting the electrolyte by coating the outermost layer with a layer of carbon and nitrogen material by vapor deposition method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the complex cathode material by adding the mixed material A and the organic lithium salt to the organic solvent.
