▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises (i) adding a surfactant to a carbonate solvent, and making up a surfactant-containing solution; (ii) adding graphite to the surfactant-containing solution, and performing ultrasonic peeling followed by centrifugation to obtain a graphene-containing supernatant; (iii) keeping the graphene-containing supernatant at a temperature of 80-100 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, filtering and drying to obtain a graphene powder crude product; and (iv) keeping the crude product at a temperature of 200-300 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour in a protective gas atmosphere to obtain a graphene powder. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prevents a residue of surfactant and solvent on the graphene, and reduces the residue of peeling aid and solvent. The graphene sheet dimension is 3-50 mu m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene comprises (i) adding a surfactant to a carbonate solvent, and making up a surfactant-containing solution, where the surfactant is tetramethylammonium hydrogen carbonate, tetraethylammonium hydrogen carbonate, tetrabutylammonium hydrogen carbonate, dodecyltetramethyl guanidine carbonate or hexadecyltetramethyl guanidine carbonate; (ii) adding graphite to the surfactant-containing solution, and performing ultrasonic peeling followed by centrifugation to obtain a graphene-containing supernatant; (iii) keeping the graphene-containing supernatant at a temperature of 80-100 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour, filtering and drying to obtain a graphene powder crude product; and (iv) keeping the graphene powder crude product at a temperature of 200-300 degrees C for 0.5-1 hour in a protective gas atmosphere to obtain a graphene powder.
