NOVELTY - Interior wall thermal insulating coating comprises modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, silicon-acrylic emulsion, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, hollow ceramic beads, aluminum silicate fiber, graphene, diatomite, zirconium silicate, tourmaline powder, medical stone, silane coupling agent, dispersant, thickener, defoamer, preservative and water. The synthetic method of the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion includes (a) weighting styrene, ethyl acrylate, ammonium persulfate, emulsifier, sodium bicarbonate, aqueous polyurethane and water, (b) mixing styrene, ethyl acrylate, ammonium persulfate, emulsifier, sodium bicarbonate and water, stirring and emulsifying to obtain a pre-emulsion, (c) adding the aqueous polyurethane and water into the reactor, passing in nitrogen protection, heating, adding the pre-emulsion, reacting, cooling and discharging. USE - As interior wall thermal insulating coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating solves the problems of the single function of the interior wall thermal insulation coating, has thermal insulation effect and insufficient adhesion, and simultaneously provides the coating a health care effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Interior wall thermal insulating coating comprises 30-40 pts. wt. modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, 15-30 pts. wt. silicon-acrylic emulsion, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 10-18 pts. wt. hollow ceramic beads, 5-9 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. diatomite, 3-6 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 2-5 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 1-4 pts. wt. medical stone, 0.8-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1.2 pt. wt. thickener, 0.5-1 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.4-0.8 pt. wt. preservative and 18-32 pts. wt. water. The synthetic method of the modified styrene-acrylic emulsion includes (a) weighting raw materials such as 20-25 pts. wt. styrene, 30-38 pts. wt. ethyl acrylate, 0.4-0.6 pt. wt. ammonium persulfate, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 0.32-0.4 pt. wt. sodium bicarbonate, 6-12 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane and 60-80 pts. wt. water, (b) mixing styrene, ethyl acrylate, ammonium persulfate, emulsifier, sodium bicarbonate and half of water, stirring and emulsifying at high speed for 15-30 minutes to obtain a pre-emulsion, (c) adding the aqueous polyurethane and the other half of the water into the reactor, passing in nitrogen protection, heating up to 75-85 degrees C, then slowly adding the pre-emulsion, reacting for 3.5-5 hours, then cooling and discharging to obtain the polyurethane modified styrene-acrylic emulsion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, involving (a) mixing hollow ceramic beads, aluminum silicate fibers, graphene, diatomite, zirconium silicate, tourmaline powder, medical stone, silane coupling agent, dispersant, defoamer and water, uniformly stirring, transferring to the grinding cylinder and grinding to the fineness of less than or equal to 20 mu m, and (b) adding modified styrene-acrylic emulsion, silicon-acrylic emulsion, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, thickener and preservative, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain the coating.
