USE - Carbon brush material for train shaft end grounding device. ADVANTAGE - The carbon brush material has better hardness and lubricity, high electrical conductivity and strength, high toughness and wear resistance, high heat dissipation, high temperature strength and high temperature wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a carbon brush material, which involves mixing a raw material into a hot pressing sintering mold, performing low temperature preheating at 110-150?0C for 5-15 minutes, and keeping for 5-20 minutes, maintaining the pressure, holding for 5-30 minutes, and cooling at 20-70?0C to obtain the finished product.
