NOVELTY - A coating comprises 0.5-3 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. isophorone diisocyanate, 30-57 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 0.5-2 pts. wt. catalyst, 8-14 pts. wt. 1,4-butanediol, 3-6 pts. wt. 2,2-dihydroxypropionic acid, 0.5-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. defoamer. USE - Coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance and barrier properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating, which involves adding functionalized graphene and isophorone diisocyanate to polyester polyol, ultrasonically dispersing, adding catalyst, heating to 70-85 degrees C in oil bath, reacting for 3-5 hours, lowering temperature to 45-55 degrees C, adding acetone to adjust viscosity, adding 2,2-dihydroxypropionic acid, reacting for 2-3 hours, adding 1,4-butanediol, reacting for 1-3 hours, adding triethylamine to adjust pH to neutral, adding leveling agent and defoamer, performing high-speed emulsification, pouring emulsion into PTFE mold to solidify into film.
