▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-based photocatalytic coating comprises 40-70 pts. wt. fluorocarbon resin, 20-30 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-25 pts. wt. graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. poly-o-ethoxy aniline, 10-20 pts. wt. kieselguhr, 5-15 pts. wt. sodium hexametaphosphate, 20-30 pts. wt. zinc sulfide, 5-10 pts. wt. hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, 20-35 pts. wt. ethanol, 3-8 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, and 2-5 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor. USE - Used as graphene-based photocatalytic coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has strong absorbing ability, good photocatalytic activity, and good anti-corrosion performance, and removes formaldehyde efficiently, reduces concentration of polluted gas in the environment. The method is simple and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based photocatalytic coating, comprising (i) adding graphene into ethanol, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain graphene ethanol dispersion; (ii) mixing and stirring the fluorocarbon resin and the acrylic resin, and adding poly-o-ethoxy aniline and graphene ethanol dispersion to obtain premix; (iii) adding kieselguhr, sodium hexametaphosphate, zinc sulfide, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, antifoaming agent and corrosion inhibitor into the premixed liquid to obtain mixed solution; and (iv) transferring the mixed solution into a Teflon-lined reaction vessel, and performing solvent thermal reaction at 180-220 degrees C for 10-15 hours.
